Undelivered items (due to consignee absence) will be automatically returned the customers local postal depot for collection and stored for 14 working days. Beyond this time all unclaimed items are automatically 'returned to sender' (Micro Pooch Ltd, UK). Please note that this process may take up to 48 working days. Should this situation arise, we will endeavour to inform customers of this matter (prior to the 'return to sender' stage) and supply them with the necessary information (contact details of their local postal dept) to arrange a re-delivery or collection of their item. Please note we cannot be held accountable for customers choosing to leave undelivered items (due to consignee absence) unclaimed for. Refunds for unclaimed 'returned to sender' items will be processed within 5 working day following receipt of returned goods and not before.
Please note - It is our general policy to try to resolve all issues with our customers directly. Any claims of 'non-delivery of goods' following tracking information that informs otherwise (such as; non delivery due to consignee absence / unclaimed item returned to sender) however, would need to be made directly with PayPal and will require your shipment's 'Tracking reference number' (and the information this provides), as proof of non-delivery.
